PVA-prepared microsporidium smears are stained with Trichrome Stain and demonstrate commonly seen enteric parasites. Recommended for use in the detection of Microsporidia group spores in stool, urine, naso-pharyngeal specimens, duodenal aspirates, corneal scrapings, and other body fluids.
