These Sapphire 8-tube PCR strips help reduces the evaporation of the reaction solution and increase the real-time PCR fluorescent signal strength. The 15.4mm low profile tubes are designed to minimize the condensate contamination, particularly for the overnight experiment. They are made of clear Polypropylene, are autoclavable and have individually attached flat caps.
