Azer Scientific’s square media bottles make storage of materials or samples as painless as possible. These media bottles are manufactured with PETG plastics sourced from suppliers meeting stringent FDA requirements to ensure this product is the highest quality we can achieve, even being certified to be free of any DNase, RNase, and Pyrogen contaminants that may affect its contents. Numerical graduations are embossed on two opposite sides of the bottles, allowing for fast and easy referencing of volumes remaining in the container. Our PETG media bottles are rated to endure temperatures ranging from -60°C to +60°C (-76°F to 140°F), suitable for all but the most extreme conditions you may require. This product is manufactured, packaged, and shipped sterile.
What is PETG plastic?
PETG is an acronym standing for Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol, which is a thermoplastic polyester that exhibits exceptional resistance to chemicals, heat, and general wear-and-tear. Its addition of glycol compared to other similar plastics gives it its flexibility, making it far more damage resistant than acrylic.
