Hours of Operation
Our office is open 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday. During our office hours live customer service representatives are available to answer product questions, provide technical support, and assist you in placing an order.
If you need to contact us outside of our office hours, email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible

A return authorization is required for all returns. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable. See the full policy in the below link.

We will also extend credit terms upon approval.
