Our 1% Acid Alcohol differentiates bacteria from background tissue by removing excess Advance Carbol Fuchsin Stain used in Acid Fast Bacteria Stain Kit and the Fite’s Stain Kit procedures. Acid alcohol can also be used as a differentiate solution for removing excess hematoxylin from tissue to accentuate cell structure and clarity. Differentiation is evident in less than 60 seconds.
