Our Hexanes reagent comes in a 500mL bottle. Hexanes reagent is a mixture of hexane isomers plus methylcyclopentane and is a colorless liquid. It is a used as non-polar solvent since it is low cost, largely unreactive, and relatively safe nature. It is used in the laboratory to remove or extract oil and grease contaminant from soil and water sample for analysis.
