For applications requiring highly accurate amplification, and full control of enzyme concentration, choose our High Fidelity DNA polymerase kit. Our polymerase enzyme has been genetically modified for better solubility and higher activity across a broad range of ionic conditions, and will amplify a wide range of targets, including those that are GC or AT rich as well as crude DNA samples.
A 3′-5′ proofreading exonuclease activity and an error rate of 4.55 x 10-7 makes High Fidelity DNA Polymerase the perfect partner for cloning applications. The included 5X buffer contains an optimized concentration of dNTPs and enhancers for compatibility with a variety of amplicons up to 10kb in length.
