Label, tamper evident security seal

Our red tamper evident security labels measure 6.5 x 1.5 inches and come in rolls of 200. Often used for chain of custody procedures in drug testing. They can be affixed to specimen containers or vials and will report any evidence of tamper.
After filling out the donors identity information on the seal, remove the red adhesive seal from the liner and apply over the top of the urine container or vial. Press the adhesive on to the sides and top of the vial until securely snug. Immediately after application, the tape will not be removable without showing signs of tampering. Totally removing, partially removing or even peeling the edges of the label will produce a visual indicator that makes it easy to quickly identify if the seal has been broken.
